ACCIONES DE LOS ANESTÉSICOS LOCALES EPIDURALES SOBRE LA HEMOSTASIA

A la hora  de  estudiar los efectos clínicos de los anestésicos locales epidurales   que los  anestésicos locales epidurales  tienen un efecto antitrombótico   ( previene la agregación  plaquetaria 1 y  aumenta  la fibrinólisis2  , 3, 4 .    Como   resultado  su  empleo  se  asocia  a una  disminución de  la incidencia de trombosis venosa profunda y de tromboembolismo pulmonar5, 6 , 7.
